secret to being a great cook is to personalise your meals.
Master the basics, and then experiment until you find your
own unique recipe.
Granted, you will make some mistakes that will result in disasters,
but better to have tried and failed than never to have tried
at all!
That said, the recipes posted here have been developed through
a measure of improvisation, and although I may refer to them
by the traditional names, some of them are quite unique.
Rest assured, I don’t intend posting recipes for disasters
here.
Each recipe has been tried and tested, and if you follow the
simple instructions, they are virtually foolproof.
